Hybrid Working Whitepaper

How to make hybrid working a success

Working from home has taken off since the start of the corona crisis. Where previously we sporadically worked from home for a day, by 2020 almost everyone was suddenly forced to sit at home. At the time of writing, the government has partially withdrawn the home working advice. More room has been created to leave the home office behind and spend more time in the office. But, not everyone sees themselves returning to the office completely. Companies are therefore increasingly concerned with how and, more importantly, where we will work in the future. Because hybrid work - partly in the office and partly somewhere else - sounds very easy, but it means much more than that.

What exactly is hybrid working? How do you guide the process of returning to the office and what should you be aware of? And, once the practicalities of working back in the office are in place, how do you facilitate a hybrid meeting? In this white paper, we explain what hybrid working is and give you practical tips for applying it in your daily work.

The following topics are covered:

  • What is hybrid working?
  • What does a hybrid office look like?
  • What does it take to work hybrid?
  • How do you guide the return to the office?
  • Tips and tricks for going hybrid in your organization.
