Vacancy: Learning Consultant and Online Trainer

Are you an experienced trainer and love developing training and learning materials? And do you have a strong affinity with online communication and change management? Then we are looking for you!

At Learning Connected, we assist organizations and their employees in user adoption of online communication tools such as Webex, MS Teams and Zoom. As a Learning Consultant and Online Trainer, you will have a varied range of duties. For example, one part of the day you will give online training to a group of healthcare professionals about online treatments, and another part of the day you will have a consultation with an organization that would like to have thousands of employees successfully use a new online communication tool. Together with colleagues, you will work on different change strategies and develop training programs and learning materials.

Als team starten we de week altijd samen met onze weekstart. Op maandagen komt iedereen die op dat moment in Nederland is naar ons kantoor. Maar werk je zo nu en dan vanaf een andere locatie, dan sluit je gewoon online aan! De rest van de week werken we allemaal op afstand.

What will you do?

(Online) trainingen en webinars geven aan eindgebruikers en ambassadeurs van online communicatietools binnen organisaties
Develop learning materials such as webinars, training courses, e-learnings, knowledge clips and manuals
Onze adoptie- en communicatiemethodiek inzetten bij klanten voor succesvolle implementatie van digitale tools
Flexibel ondersteunen bij uiteenlopende werkzaamheden en prioriteiten binnen het team, zoals marketing, klantcontact, planning en organisatie, operationele taken, projectondersteuning en research

Your background and skills:

Experience in (online) training with strong teaching skills
Background in developing training and learning materials
Knowledge of user adoption, change communication and/or change management
Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment
Bereid om verschillende taken op te pakken en bij te springen waar nodig
Ability to work independently and function well as part of a team
Fluent Dutch and English in speech and writing (other languages are a plus)
Resident and registered in the Netherlands (hard requirement)
