Vacature: Marketing- en Salesprofessional Gebruikersadoptie Digitale Communicatie

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste Marketing- en Salesprofessional die zich wil aansluiten bij ons jonge en dynamische team. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zichtbaar maken van onze expertise, het genereren van nieuwe zakelijke kansen, het uitbreiden van ons klantenbestand en het onderhouden van partnerships en relaties.  

At Learning Connected, we assist companies and their employees in user adoption of online communication tools such as Cisco Webex, MS Teams and Zoom. We engage in innovative projects for clients in industries as diverse as business, government, education and healthcare. With our focus on user adoption, we ensure that end users within organizations can successfully use online communication tools in their work. From our user adoption methodology we offer training, advice and guidance in the field of technological change, digital communication and change management.

What will you do? 

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead follow-up
• Ontwikkelen en implementeren van effectieve en verfrissende marketingstrategieën
• Content creëren voor onze marketingkanalen (social media, website en e-mail) om onze online aanwezigheid te vergroten en leads te genereren
• Identify and approach potential customers to sell Learning Connected's services 
• Ondersteunen bij het schrijven van voorstellen voor potentiële klanten en aanbestedingen
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, partners and stakeholders 
• Achieve set sales goals and targets
• Flexibel ondersteunen bij uiteenlopende werkzaamheden en prioriteiten binnen het team zoals planning en organisatie, operationele taken, projectondersteuning en research

Your background and skills: 

• Een creatieve en enthousiaste teamspeler met een passie voor marketing en sales
• Minimaal één jaar ervaring in sales of marketing, bij voorkeur binnen consultancy
• Uitstekende schrijfvaardigheden en het vermogen om pakkende content te creëren die onze doelgroep aanspreekt
• Ervaring met social media management, SEO en SEA is een pluspunt
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals 
• Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Bereid om verschillende taken op te pakken en bij te springen waar nodig
• Ability to work independently and function well as part of a team 
• Fluent Dutch and English in speech and writing (other languages are a plus) 
• Resident and registered in the Netherlands (hard requirement)
