Vacature: Communicatie- en Adoptieadviseur

Are you a communications expert with a passion for online communication, user adoption and guiding change processes? 

Learning Connected zoekt een ervaren en gedreven Communicatie- en Adoptie-adviseur om ons team te versterken. In deze rol ben je gefocust op de gebruikersadoptie van technologische veranderingen en digitale communicatie binnen organisaties. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het omgaan met weerstand, het implementeren van effectieve verandermanagementstrategieën en het bevorderen van een succesvolle gebruikersadoptie. 

At Learning Connected, we assist companies and their employees in user adoption of online communication tools such as Cisco Webex, MS Teams and Zoom. We engage in innovative projects for clients in industries as diverse as business, government, education and healthcare. With our focus on user adoption, we ensure that end users within organizations can successfully use online communication tools in their work. From our user adoption methodology we offer training, advice and guidance in the field of technological change, digital communication and change management.


What will you do? 
  • Strategic Development: Analyze digital communication needs and develop targeted communication strategies.
  • Stakeholder management: Build and maintain effective relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs and concerns.
  • Internal and External Communications: Manage client communication strategies and deploy appropriate interventions to promote digital skills.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Management and Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders for sequencing and execution of work, and ensure appropriate input during key events.
  • Support: Flexibel ondersteunen bij uiteenlopende werkzaamheden en prioriteiten binnen het team, zoals marketing, klantcontact, planning en organisatie, operationele taken, projectondersteuning en research.

Your background and skills:
  • Broad experience In communications consulting and adoption of technological change within organizations. 
  • Strong communication and consulting skills, both oral and written. 
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en vaardig in het analyseren van communicatie-impact en om strategische inzichten en aanbevelingen te formuleren. 
  • Change Management: Understanding organizational change and its complexities; identifying and addressing resistance to change; developing and implementing change strategies; communicating empathically and effectively around change issues. 
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Bereid om verschillende taken op te pakken en bij te springen waar nodig
  • Ability to work independently and function well as part of a team 
  • Fluent Dutch and English in speech and writing (other languages are a plus) 
  • Resident and registered in the Netherlands (hard requirement)
