Vacancy: Senior Communications and Adoption Advisor

Are you a communications expert with a passion for online communication, user adoption and guiding change processes? 

Learning Connected is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Communication and Adoption Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be focused on user adoption of technology changes and digital communications within organizations. You will be responsible for dealing with resistance, implementing effective change management strategies and promoting successful user adoption. 

At Learning Connected, we assist companies and their employees in user adoption of online communication tools such as Cisco Webex, MS Teams and Zoom. We engage in innovative projects for clients in industries as diverse as business, government, education and healthcare. With our focus on user adoption, we ensure that end users within organizations can successfully use online communication tools in their work. From our user adoption methodology we offer training, advice and guidance in the field of technological change, digital communication and change management. 


What will you do? 
  • Strategic Development: Analyze digital communication needs and develop targeted communication strategies.
  • Stakeholder management: Build and maintain effective relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs and concerns.
  • Internal and External Communications: Manage client communication strategies and deploy appropriate interventions to promote digital skills.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Management and Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders for sequencing and execution of work, and ensure appropriate input during key events. 

Your background and skills:
  • Broad experience In communications consulting and adoption of technological change within organizations. 
  • Strong communication and consulting skills, both oral and written. 
  • Analytical thinking skills: Skilled in analyzing communication impact and to formulate strategic insights and recommendations. 
  • Change Management: Understanding organizational change and its complexities; identifying and addressing resistance to change; developing and implementing change strategies; communicating empathically and effectively around change issues. 
  • Proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. 
  • Flexible and stress resistant: Remains calm in stressful situations and can shift gears quickly. 
  • Independence and teamwork: Can function excellently independently and is also a team player. 
  • Digital skills: Proficiency in the use and promotion of digital tools such as Cisco Webex. 
  • Fluent Dutch and English verbal and written (other languages are a plus). 
  • Resident and registered in the Netherlands (hard requirement)
