Are you a real (online) communication pro, do you have didactic skills and do you like giving training courses? Are you creative and do you enjoy developing training courses - either independently or together with our ambitious team? And can you enthuse participants like no other about new ways of learning and working? Then this is the ideal job for you! We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our team as Online Communication Trainer.
What you will do
As an Online Communications Trainer, you will help Learning Connected clients work and communicate more effectively online. You'll guide organizations through the transition from offline to online communications and train employees how to successfully use the right tools.
At Learning Connected, you'll work on innovative projects with clients in a variety of industries. In one week, you might be training a group of healthcare professionals on online treatments, mapping organizational needs with an international client, training teachers in online or hybrid teaching, and presenting an interactive webinar on effective online meetings. In addition to delivering online training courses, you will constantly look at where improvements are needed and develop content for new courses together with the team. This includes setting up digital learning environments, designing e-learning modules and developing content such as blogs, articles or videos.
At Learning Connected you will join a dynamic and ambitious team with plenty of room for creativity. You will occasionally work at a client's office and as a team we work a lot together online, which means you can also work remotely. Every Monday we meet at our office in Amsterdam to kick off the new week and have lunch together.
Your knowledge & skills:
- Academic working and thinking level
- Knowledge of (online) didactics
- Strong affinity for digital technology
- Experience teaching or training groups is a plus
- Innovative, proactive and independent
- English at C1 level
- Speaking other languages is a plus

Who are we?
Learning Connected has been offering various courses, workshops and training in effective live online communication since 2012. The demand for online communication skills has taken off in recent years and has become a very dynamic and innovative field of work. We guide diverse organizations in their transition to working and communicating online using tools such as Cisco Webex, MS Teams and Zoom. Online communication requires, in addition to the technical aspects, different skills than we are normally used to. For example, we help healthcare institutions with online treatment, companies with online meetings, and educational institutions with online teaching. But we also help trainers who want to give their course online to set it up, implement it and develop their skills.
