Vacancy: Learning Consultant and Online Trainer

Are you an experienced trainer and love developing training and learning materials? And do you have a strong affinity with online communication and change management? Then we are looking for you!

At Learning Connected, we assist organizations and their employees in user adoption of online communication tools such as Webex, MS Teams and Zoom. As a Learning Consultant and Online Trainer, you will have a varied range of duties. For example, one part of the day you will give online training to a group of healthcare professionals about online treatments, and another part of the day you will have a consultation with an organization that would like to have thousands of employees successfully use a new online communication tool. Together with colleagues, you will work on different change strategies and develop training programs and learning materials.

As a team, we always start the week together with our weekly start. On Mondays, everyone who is in the Netherlands at that time comes to our office in Amsterdam. But if you occasionally work from a different location, just join us online! The rest of the week we all work remotely.

What will you do?

Provide (online) training to end users and ambassadors of online communication tools within organizations
Develop learning materials such as webinars, training courses, e-learnings, knowledge clips and manuals
Using our adoption and communication methodology with clients for successful implementation of online communication tools

Your background and skills:

Experience in (online) training with strong teaching skills
Background in developing training and learning materials
Knowledge of user adoption, change communication and/or change management
Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment
Ability to work independently and function well as part of a team
Fluent Dutch and English in speech and writing (other languages are a plus)
Resident and registered in the Netherlands
