LOL with Academic Workplaces Transforming Youth

Already since 2015 professionals have had the opportunity to develop themselves in the field of culturally sensitive work through LOL. This came from the problem that children with a non-Western background and mental health problems often do not receive the right help in time. We developed the course "Culturally sensitive working and early detection LVB and GGZ problems in migrant youth".

Online education less effective? Too short of the mark.

The NRC posted two articles last week in response to a Rutgers University study. This study compared a lecture in a classroom setting, followed by a discussion, with a setting where students viewed and listened to a PowerPoint with recorded text online, and where they could communicate with each other via a chat feature.
